GJBFJZU (nonmetal strength, TPU sheath, there may be nylon yarn woven reinforced high-flexible optical cable) high-flexible optical cable has single sheath structure and double sheath structure;Single sheath structure is to make single-mode or multi-mode optical fiber coated with high viscosity strength tight case material into tight case optical fiber and use high- intensity aramid fiber to extrude and manufacture a layer of TPU sheath externally to make unit cable (may have filler) winding center strength and strand to make cable core, then extrude to manufacture TPU outer sheath to make cable.Single sheath structure is to make single-mode or multi-mode optical fiber coated with high viscosity strength tight case material into tight case optical fiber and use high-strength aramid fiber to extrude and manufacture a layer of TPU as inner sheath, reinforce the weaving of cotton yarn outside inner sheath and then extrude to manufacture TPU outer sheath to make cable.

Feature:
Small outer diameter, light weight and low construction cost; It adopts G-FRP aramid fiber reinforced fiber bar (K-FRP), the optical fiber is flexible and has good bending property to ensure optical cable bending radius conform to the requirement and ensure transmission feature of optical fiber stable for a long term. Using TPU outer sheath with outstanding oil resistivity,abrasive resistance and fungus resistance; Each piece of unit cable includes independent reinforced element, which can be terminated with standard joint directly.
